He is a former Lawyer, who dedicated his proffesional life to healing arts. "Since 2009 Sound Healing started becoming a big part of my life and with years it became my profession. Today sound is a form of my embodied spiritual practice, therapeutic tool and a form of artistic expression."

Mostly recognized for playing idiophonic instruments like Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Didgeridoo, and overtone singing. Focused in his work on physio acoustic, artistic and ceremonial aspects of Sound as Therapeutic modality.

The Instruments and Their Effects

Gongs
Known for their deep, resonant tones, gongs can produce a wide range of frequencies that penetrate deeply into the body, often described as a feeling of being “bathed” in sound. The complex overtones and vibrations can induce a meditative state, promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Crystal Bowls
These are made from pure quartz crystal and are tuned to specific frequencies. When played, they produce pure, harmonic tones that resonate with different energy centers or chakras in the body. This resonance is believed to help balance and harmonize the body’s energy system, promoting healing and emotional release.

Didgeridoo
An ancient wind instrument from Indigenous Australian culture, the didgeridoo produces low, rhythmic vibrations that are said to help in grounding and clearing the mind. The deep, primal sounds can stimulate a sense of connection to the earth and to one’s own body, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.

Monochord
A stringed instrument that produces a consistent, harmonious drone when played. The gentle, continuous sound can help the mind drift into a meditative state, allowing for deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

Giant Singing Bowls
These oversized bowls are typically placed directly on or around the body. When played, they produce powerful vibrations that can be felt physically. This direct vibration is thought to help release tension and blockages in the body, similar to a massage but with sound.

The Experience

During a sound bath, you are guided to focus on your breath and let go of any mental chatter. As the sounds fill the space, the mind is encouraged to shift from an active, thinking state to a more receptive, meditative state. This shift is often associated with the brain transitioning from the beta state (normal waking consciousness) to the alpha or theta states, which are linked with relaxation, creativity, and deep meditation.

The physical vibrations from the instruments create a physioacoustic experience, where the sound waves interact with the body’s tissues, potentially stimulating healing processes at a cellular level. This is complemented by the psychoacoustic effects—the way the mind interprets and responds to sound—which can evoke emotions, release stress, and promote mental clarity.

Potential Benefits

Stress Reduction
The deep relaxation induced by sound baths can lower stress hormones like cortisol, leading to a calmer state of being.

Enhanced Mental Clarity
The meditative aspect of sound baths can help clear the mind, improve focus, and increase awareness.

Emotional Release
The vibrations and frequencies can help release stored emotions, leading to emotional healing and balance.

Physical Healing
The vibrations may help reduce pain and tension in the body, promoting overall physical well-being.
