Shay Peretz
Arriving to Stockholm in 2012 from Venice California; Shay has been in his practice for over 25 years. With teachers and influences Ranging From Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Bhakti Yoga and influence and teachers across studios in the USA and Los Angeles. Shay’s practice and style of teaching is rooted and has evolved from a prolonged residency at Green Gulch Zen Center - a Suzuki Roshi, Soto based Zen Monastery in the San Francisco Bay Area and his experience as a mountain guide in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range in California. Sharing these influences he teaches weekly active vinyasa and meditation session at nomerous studios in Sweden and abroad.

The Distance Contracts Act / Repayment obligation (Distansavtalslagen/ Återbetalningsskyldighet)
Yogashakti complies with the Distance Contracts Act when purchasing via our website. Provided that the service / training has not been started / activated, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for goods and services during the withdrawal period. Within 14 days from the time of purchase (the "withdrawal period"), a customer who is a private individual has the right to notify Silence AB / Yogashakti in writing if he / she has regretted his / her purchase. Yogashakti follows the Distance Contracts Act when purchasing via our website.

PLEASE NOTE: The following exceptions from the Distance Contracts Act / repayment obligation apply to courses / workshops / event classes / educations
* In case of cancellation earlier than 7 days, everything except a cancellation fee of SEK 250 will be refunded.
* If canceled 7-2 days before course start, 50% of the course fee will be refunded (or the remaining amount minus SEK 250 cancellation fee for events / workshops / courses / educations that cost less than SEK 500)
* No refund for cancellation on the day before the course / event / training / workshop starts and later
* Cancellation is always made in writing to info@yogashakti.se according to the above conditions
* YogaShakti reserves the right to cancel planned programs and then refund 100% of the course fee.
