BREATHWORK TO UNRAVEL
Space to unravel has been my most sought after medicine throughout that last few seasons, both for myself and my clients. Space to unravel thoughts, stories and dreams. Space to unravel our relationship to certain feelings and emotions like grief, worry and joy. Space to unravel the physical body, discovering internal shifts that need integrating and old habits that need shaking.
But most of all, space to unravel and unwind the mind as we start the slow shift from the heat of summer into the winds of autumn.
Warm welcome.
BREATHWORK IS
an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.
On one hand, it activates you, on the other it allows you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while helping you to open your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.
